01Why Recover

An injury isn't just pain. It's a season.

You don't know which doctor to see, whether you need an MRI, whether you need surgery, what it will cost or how long you'll be out. Most people get an operation and a sheet of exercises.

Nobody owns the question you actually care about: when can I play again? We do.

02How it works

From injury to back on the field.

  1. 1

    Tell us what happened

Call, WhatsApp or fill the form. Your coordinator calls you back the same day, between 10 AM and 6 PM.

  2. 2

    Free consultation

We book you with a partner orthopaedic surgeon who treats sports injuries. Bring any scans you have.

  3. 3

    A clear plan

Surgery or no surgery, the options, how long recovery takes and the full cost, explained in plain words and in writing.

  4. 4

    Surgery, if you need it

At Shalby International Hospitals, Gurugram. We handle admission and insurance, arrange pick-up and drop, and stay in touch while you're there.

  5. 5

    Rehab with us

A sports physiotherapist runs your recovery at the Recover clinic in Sector 57, stage by stage.

  6. 6

    Back to your sport

Sport-specific training, for cricketers in our nets against the bowling machine, and a return-to-play check before you're cleared.

05Return to play

Rehab that ends on the field.

Recover is built inside Nets & Shots, an indoor cricket centre. The last stage of your rehab happens on a real sports floor: sprinting, cutting, landing, and for cricketers, batting and bowling in the nets against the machine. You're cleared on tests, not on a date.

07Questions

Before you call.

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. Your first consultation with a partner orthopaedic surgeon, arranged by us, is free. Nobody pays for it.

Do I need an MRI before I come?

No. If you have scans, bring them. If you need one, the surgeon will tell you and we'll book it.

Will I definitely need surgery?

No. Many sports injuries recover with rehab alone. The surgeon will tell you honestly, and we run your rehab either way.

Does insurance cover it?

Most health insurance covers surgery done in hospital. Our partner hospital is cashless with most insurers. We check your policy and handle the paperwork.

Where are you?

The Recover clinic is inside Nets & Shots, Sector 57, Gurugram. Surgery happens at Shalby International Hospitals on Golf Course Road, Sector 53.

What are your hours?

10 AM to 6 PM, every day.

I don't play cricket. Can you help?

Yes. Football, badminton, tennis, running, the gym, basketball: any sport.

Can you help patients from outside India?

Yes. We arrange a video consultation before you travel, surgery in Gurugram and supervised rehab before you fly home.

Don't lose a season to guesswork.
