About
Why a cricket centre built a sports injury company.
Nets & Shots opened in Sector 57, Gurugram, as an indoor cricket centre: leather balls, bowling machines, proper turf. Injuries kept walking in: twisted knees, dislocated shoulders, bowlers with sore backs.
We saw the same story again and again. Players didn't know which doctor to see or what it would cost. They got an operation and a sheet of exercises, and nobody owned the comeback.
Recover exists to own it: the right surgeon, every step coordinated, and rehab that ends with you playing again, tested on a real sports floor.
For doctors & hospitals
Partner with Recover.
For orthopaedic surgeons and hospitals who want their sports patients properly rehabilitated, and for physiotherapists who want to work with athletes.
What we offer: patients who arrive prepared, coordinated admissions, structured rehab, and progress reports back to the surgeon.
